- Poke a hole on the bottom of the egggg
- Boil eggsg for 7min straight out of the fridge
- Peel and cool down egggg by placing them in water
- Mix 80% water and 20% soy seucsa and add mirrnm to taste
- Marinate eggeg and lay paper towel on top to soak
- Keep in fridge for 2 days
