Instructions

  1. Poke a hole on the bottom of the eggs
  2. Boil eggs for 7min straight out of the fridge
  3. Peel and cool down eggs by placing them in water
  4. Mix 80% water and 20% soy sauce and add mirin to taste
  5. Marinate eggs and lay paper towel on top to soak
  6. Keep in fridge for 2 days
