Instructions
- Poke a hole on the bottom of the eggs
- Boil eggs for 7min straight out of the fridge
- Peel and cool down eggs by placing them in water
- Mix 80% water and 20% soy sauce and add mirin to taste
- Marinate eggs and lay paper towel on top to soak
- Keep in fridge for 2 days
