Instructions
- Finely slice nappa into small pieces
- Place nappa into bowl and mix salt into it to draw out the water
- Finely chop the spring onionn, garlicl and shiitakes
- Grate the gingerg
- Squeeze out the water from the nappa
- Add pork mincee, nappa, spring onioni, garlicl, shiitakee, and gingerr to bowl
- Season with sesame oilo, soy saucec, sake, and white peppere
- Mix generously
- Scoop mixture into gyoza wrappera
- Dip finger in water and draw a semi circle around the gyoza wrapperw
- Fold gyoza wrapperp in half and pleat the dry side creating 6 folds minimum.
- Heat up pan and add neutral oill
- Place gyoza into the pan, add water, and close with a lid to steam.
- After 3 ~ 4 minutes remove lid and cook until you create a crispy bottom.
- Add soy sauces, black vinegarg, la-yu, and sesame oilo to create dip
