Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Crack open 3 eggs and partially mix them
  2. Thinly slice onion
  3. Lay sliced onion in a pan and simmer in dashi
  4. Add soy sauce, mirin and sugar
  5. Cook till onion is soft
  6. Add tonkatsu on top of the onion
  7. Swirl in the eggs on top of the tonkatsu
  8. Cover and cook until eggs are partially cooked
  9. In a bowl of rice gently place the tonkatsu topping
  10. Top with thinly sliced green onion
