Ingredients
Instructions
- Crack open 3 eggs and partially mix them
- Thinly slice onion
- Lay sliced onion in a pan and simmer in dashi
- Add soy sauce, mirin and sugar
- Cook till onion is soft
- Add tonkatsu on top of the onion
- Swirl in the eggs on top of the tonkatsu
- Cover and cook until eggs are partially cooked
- In a bowl of rice gently place the tonkatsu topping
- Top with thinly sliced green onion
